Celine Ta is the Innovation Team Lead at Frontline Justice, where she drives product research, design, and development to supercharge community justice workers. Over her career, Celine has brought and led evidence-based, people-centered innovation processes to Harvard Business Review, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, and Stackpoint Venture Studio. At Stackpoint, she played a pivotal role in helping seed-stage startups find product-market fit, while increasing access to financial credit and fostering generational wealth. Her multifaceted role included serving as a strategic thought partner, interim head of operations, and product lead.
Celine’s expertise extends to consulting on systems transformation with clients like the City of Seattle’s homelessness response system and Omidyar Network. She was also an Autodesk Design Fellow at Design That Matters, an award-winning nonprofit reimagining medical devices for developing countries.
