We are incredibly excited to welcome Rachel Royal, CP, NCCP to the Frontline Justice team! Rachel Royal is the new Program Coordinator at Frontline Justice. 🎉
A certified paralegal with eight years of legal field experience, she transitioned to nonprofit project and operations management in 2021. At the North Carolina Equal Access to Justice Commission, Rachel managed projects that supported underserved citizens statewide, honing her skills in access to justice initiatives, technology-driven solutions, and financial and grants management.
Her commitment to volunteerism includes serving for five years as pro bono co-chair for the North Carolina Bar Association’s Paralegal Division and induction into the 2022 North Carolina Pro Bono Resource Center’s Paralegal Pro Bono Honor Society. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Charter Oak State College and is a Certified Paralegal (CP) and NC Certified Paralegal (NCCP). She received the 2024 Filling the Justice Gap Award from the North Carolina Bar Association for her contributions to access to justice.Welcome to the team, Rachel!
